 Project Description One-Two Sentences
The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is accepting submittals for the FY 2014/15 Open-End Design Agreements for small projects under $500,000 on an as-needed basis for the following disciplines: 1) Architecture and related services (ADA, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Planning, Landscape Architecture). 2)Civil Engineering/Site Engineering and related services (Environmental, Landscape, Planning, Roads, Structural Engineering, Water Sewer Distribution). 3)Commissioning Services. 4)Construction services (Material Testing, Soils Testing, Construction Schedule Analysis, Construction Inspection). 5)Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing and related services (Fire Protection, Telephone). 6)Surveying and related services (utility locates, subsurface mapping). UNC-C limits open-end contracts to a maximum fee of $50,000 per project and a maximum total per firm per year of $150,000. There will be a mandatory pre-submittal meeting Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 2:00 PM in McKnight Hall, in the Cone University Center (#5 on the campus map), located on the UNC Charlotte campus.
