| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Provide a comprehensive study to determine the scope and
estimated cost to provide a passenger elevator to service
two adjacent campus buildings. The elevator is to service
the Whichard and Ragsdale buildings located on the main
campus, off Fifth Street. Both buildings are two story
buildings constructed in 1923. ECU encourages MBE
participation.
The selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option. | |||||
