 Project Description One-Two Sentences
Soliciting envelope commissioning services on the Mary Ellen Jones renovation which will replace air handlers, electrical infrastructure, fire pump, and other building systems and equipment, renovate six of the eleven floors for new research laboratory space, address code deficiencies and deferred maintenance items. The project will also replace the building's existing exterior precast panels and install a new glass curtain wall enclosure. The interior renovated area will be approximately 135,000 GSF. The project budget is estimated to be $77.4 million dollars.
