| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Renovations & upgrades that may include: Replacement of
an existing 350kW generator with an 800kW generator;
Modifying an existing 600kW generator to tier IV emissions
standard; Upgraded ventilation & fuel oil piping;
Replacement of existing switchgear, automatic transfer
switches & underground feeders. Current solicitation is
for Phase 1 of a multiphase project, depending on funding
availability. The selected firm may be retained for
additional phases (projected budget all phases is $2.6M), at
