Replace existing 77,000 sf roofing with modified bitumen
over light weight concrete insulation (Joyner Library -
DESIGN ONLY, but selected designer may be retained through
full design and construction at the University's
option) and tapered insulation (Bloxton House - THROUGH
CONSTRUCTION).
