 Project Description One-Two Sentences
Proposals for Commissioning Agent for Reynolds Coliseum Renovation The project will renovate Reynolds Coliseum, a 200,000 GSF facility built in 1949. The scope includes: new air conditioning and envelope upgrades, new programmatic space including an Athletics Walk of Fame, and office space within the northern third of the existing building. The project also includes structural modifications, asbestos abatement and code compliance upgrades, including deficiencies in exit signs, exit lighting, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems. The project will seek LEED Silver certification in alignment with the University's goal for sustainable building design. Current project authorization is for planning only.
