| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The scope of this project is to replace the roofs of three
buildings on campus; Ferguson Building, Financial Aid
Building and University Graphics and Printing (Subject to
all necessary approvals).
The Ferguson Building roof replacement includes the removal
of an existing 21,000 SF built-up roof, flashings, and
tapered board insulation. The new project will install
lightweight insulating cellular concrete, perimeter
blocking, and a 2-ply modified bitumen roof system with
granular cap sheet. Included in the project will be new
flashings, joint sealants, roof hatch and skylight.
The Financial Aid roof replacement includes the removal of
an existing 6,500 SF 3-ply roofing system. The project will
install a new cover board, tapered insulation, and a 2-ply
modified bitumen roof system with a granular cap sheet.
Included in the project is a new metal soffit and parapet
extension, flashings and joint sealants.
The University Graphics and Printing roof replacement
includes the removal of an existing 5,800 SF built-up roof
and flashings. The new project will install tapered
insulation, cover board, perimeter blocking and a 2-ply
modified bitumen roof system with granular cap sheet.
Included in the project will be new flashings, joint
sealants and the repair of an exterior canopy.
Responses should be no more than 30 sheets of paper (double
sided), excluding SF 330 form. Submit two (2) copies of the
response in the following format: Tab 1: Completed
Information Sheet; Tab 2: Letter of Interest (Cover Letter);
Tab 3: Project Team Organization Chart (Identify members and
work scope); Tab 4: Similar Project Experience (primary
designer and consultants); Tab 5: Energy Conservation/LEED
Experience (primary designer and consultants); Tab 6:
Minority Business Participation Plan; Tab 7: Current SF 330.
On your completed Information Sheet, PLEASE INCLUDE A
PRIMARY CONTACT PERSON'S NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS which
