Conduct a building condition assessment and provide a summary of major facility deficiencies and estimated costs to address these. Provide alternative recommendations for most effective future utilization of the space accompanied by cost estimates for renovations and modernization to accomplish such. -Survey space and update existing ARCHIBUS data. -Conduct a building condition assessment. -Identify future occupants and use of space. -Provide space utilization recommendations.
