| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Conduct a building condition assessment and provide a
summary of major facility deficiencies and estimated costs
to address these. Evaluate current utilization of space and
make alternative recommendations for most effective future
space utilization accompanied by cost estimates for the
repairs and modernizations to accomplish such.
