| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project is for a feasibility study to develop scope,
schedule and cost of projects that include a new steam
turbine driven chiller plant of a nominal 10,000 ton
capacity and new electrical generation of undetermined
capacity. The projects have a targeted completion by the
end of the first quarter 2017. The selected design team
will provide a conceptual design study of the projects and
evaluate alternatives. The selected team may be retained
for design services after completion of the study, at the
