| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The Hill Hall Auditorium renovation project will transform
the auditorium into a first-rate concert hall and will
restore the rotunda space and lobby of the 1907 building to
its original beauty and function, and bring it to Code
Compliance including accessibility standards. The
auditorium renovation will include: air conditioning,
acoustical treatments, enhanced and enlarged stage and lift,
improved lighting and a ticket booth; an addition of 10,500
square feet will provide enhanced back stage area with green
rooms, practice rooms, offices and storage.
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option. | |||||
