East Carolina University is seeking the architectural and engineering services required for the fit-up of the existing School of Dental Medicine's 4th floor shell space located in the previously constructed Ross Hall. In total, Ross Hall has approximately 188,000 square feet of building area. This project will be the first of up to three projects that will fit-up the 47,000 square foot 4th floor. The phases will create research and or office space to support the School of Dental Medicine's accreditation process. Phase I is expected to fit-up approximately 23,000 square feet of the total 4th floor area.

Interested firms should submit six (6) copies of their combined letter of interest along with a complete current SF330 and a portfolio of relevant work. The format should be 8.5"x 11" pages stapled in the upper left-hand corner. The submission should not exceed (10) single sided pages or (5) double sided pages plus the required SF330.
