| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Proposed renovation of the 12 story, 106,096sf building will
require upgrades of the elevator equipment, new mechanical
systems, new electrical systems, full window/roof
replacement, brick clad facade on the exterior and possible
redesign of individual student rooms.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted at 2:30PM
