 Project Description One-Two Sentences
I. Project Description The redesign & renovation of the Family Medicine Center, located in the William B. Aycock Family Medicine building on Manning Drive, will result in a model Patient Centered Medical Home, including expanded and modernized patient care facilities. This renovation will add clinical capacity with approximately 8 additional exam rooms, a more efficient and patient- friendly flow, and an ability to secure parts of the facility for more extensive after-hours care. Current project authority is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
