| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project consists of both interior and exterior site
renovations to create an operations complex to service the
CBC Campus. Interior work includes renovation of a 14,577
gsf building for shop space, offices, and material storage.
Exterior site development includes a service yard; storage
buildings for vehicles, materials, and equipment; bulk
storage bins; and hazardous material storage. A fuel
dispensing station and equipment service bay will be
included. Construction will be completed in phases as
funding becomes available. Current project authorization is
for advanced planning only. The selected firm may be
retained through full design and construction at the
