Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is accepting proposals for Campus Master Plan Update. Scope of the proposed campus master plan study: 1. Review the existing master plan: -Incorporate any known changes, such as the new residence hall sites BOT approved two years ago. -Incorporate mini-master plan for the Tower Village area. -Review McIver Street 2. Review recommendations from space studies for the School of Theater, Music and Dance and Athletics. 3. Incorporate Spartan Village: -Review existing vision plan -Review academic and institutional presence -Review proposed residential presence -Review potential for public, private partnerships to develop mixed use space 4. Incorporate recommendations of Transportation Master Plan into the land use plan. 5. Review and incorporate student recreation fields needs. 6. Develop architectural design guidelines. 7. The process to be followed will be the typical inclusive master plan process with broad university, city community involvement.
