 Project Description One-Two Sentences
FSU is seeking a single CMR for two separate renovation projects: H.T. Chick ($9.5M) and A.B. Rosenthal ($10M) buildings. The buildings are adjacent to each other on FSU's west campus and will be run concurrently, and both are utilizing the same designer.
