Project Description | One-Two Sentences Western Carolina University is accepting proposals for
Construction Manager at Risk for the Science, Technology,
Engineering, and Math (STEM) Building until 5:00 PM, July
26, 2016 in the Office of Facilities Management, located at
3476 Old Cullowhee Road, Cullowhee, North Carolina 28723.
The project will consist of a new 185,000 square foot
science and technology building on the main campus of
Western Carolina University. The estimated construction
budget of the project has been set at $70,000,000.00. This
cost will include the demolition of the existing Natural
Sciences Building and the construction of a two phased,
multi-storied, high performance building for the STEM
programs. Project completion is scheduled for January 2021. | |||||
