Construct 18MW natural gas reciprocating engine w/black
start capabilities Power Generation facility at ~ 13,630
gsf; Construct Chiller Plant at ~ 18,560 gsf with two (2)
5000 ton steam turbine-driven chiller w/field erect cooling
towers. Demolition of four (4) Residence Halls. Current
authorized funding is for planning only.
