| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project may construct a 400-bed residence facility in
the South Village sector of campus. Each building floor will
include lounge/study rooms, laundry, and multi-purpose
rooms. This building exterior will utilize brick and precast
concrete as identified in the university's design
guidelines. The building will be designed to include LEED or
Green Globes standards and comply with Senate Bill (SB) 668. | |||||
