| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Construct a 400-bed residence facility in the South Village
sector of campus. Each floor will include lounge/study
rooms, laundry, and multi-purpose rooms. Exterior will
utilize brick and precast concrete in accordance with the
University's design guidelines. Building will comply
with SB 668 requirements.
MANDATORY preproposal conference will be held in Cone
Center, Room 112 at 2 pm on Tuesday, January 29. | |||||
