Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

This project includes pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, site lighting and seeding and mulching to extend Initiative Way and Blair Drive. The project will install approximately 1,000 linear feet of new, two lane asphalt pavement with concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and site lighting from the current end point of Initiative Way at the Oval Drive Storage Lots south to the intersection of Blair Drive. The project will also include the extension of approximately 375 linear feet of two lane road with bike lanes, curb and gutter, sidewalks, guard rails, and site lighting so that Blair Drive connects Initiative Way to Centennial Parkway. The project will include a storm culvert under the Blair Drive extension to preserve a perennial stream located between Initiative Way and Centennial Parkway. The project also involves signal upgrades at Blair Drive and Centennial Parkway.
