The project scope includes asbestos abatement of insulation for existing steam and condensate lines, the demolition of existing low pressure steam, high pressure steam and condensate piping, and the installation of new high pressure steam and pumped condensate in the University steam tunnel network extending from the switchbay area south of Dabney Hall approximately 250 Liner Feet to a termination point within the tunnel and also connecting into Dabney Hall mechanical space. The project will also include the installation of two pressure relieving stations.
