Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

The scope of work includes demolition and removal of the existing equipment and materials associated with the heating and cooling systems of the building. A new heating and cooling system including new heating and cooling air handlers, reheat VAV boxes, steam to hot water converter, hot water pump, building automation system, connection to the campus automation system and all associated piping, piping specialties, duct work, conduit, and conductors will then be installed to provide a fully functioning HVAC system.

One will be on September 29, 2015 in Admin Services III Room 301 at 2 PM. A second pre-bid will be conducted on October 2, 2015 at 10 AM in Admin Services III Room 301. Attendance at one of the pre-bids is MANDATORY. A preferred brands meeting will be conducted at 1:30 PM on September 29, 2015 in Admin Services III Room 301 for the use of Schneider Controls.
