The scope of work for the Steam and Condensate Upgrades Central Steam Plant to Convocation Project includes new direct buried steam and condensate piping, steam and condensate piping through the Central Steam Plant and Convocation Center, and piping modifications at existing vaults. This project will include all site grading, paving, the installation of piping along with associated pumps, piping, valves, installation of a new electrical system in the vaults, installation of new piping and valves in existing campus manholes, and asbestos abatement.
