Sealed bids shall be received at the Albert H. Anderson Center in the Main Dining Room, which is located at Winston-Salem State University, Winston-Salem, NC. Parking will be available at the Anderson Center lot Z - contact the CM for more information. Pre-qualified Bidders not attending the bid opening may overnight mail their sealed bids with a return receipt to: Samet Corporation, Attention Brandon Hardy, 309 Gallimore Dairy Rd., Suite 102, Greensboro, NC 27409. Overnight mailed bids must be received no later than one (1) day prior to the bid opening.
