UNC Asheville is constructing offices at Ramsey Library. The renovated area will consist of approximately 9,000 square feet. There will be demolition of existing wall and construction of 25 offices and other multi-use spaces. Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection work is involved. Plans are available from Little Diversified Architectural Consulting.
