Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

This project will demolish two high pressure steam lines, a condensate return line, a domestic hot water return and a domestic hot water supply and associated asbestos insulation in a steam tunnel. The project will then install new high pressure steam and new condensate piping with new insulation and pipe supports. New tunnel lighting and power receptacles will also be installed. Additionally, pressure reducing valve stations will be added to several campus buildings. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 2 PM on April 23, 2013 at the following location: NC State University Administrative Services III Bldg. Conference Room 301 2701 Sullivan Drive Raleigh, NC 27695 Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Drawings will be available from ARC printers on April 18, 2013.
