main campus ductbank improvements. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from ARC, 507 Airport Boulevard Suite 107, Morrisville, NC 27560, during normal office hours. A plan Deposit of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) should be made out to RMF Engineering, Inc., refundable to bona fide bidders. A mandatory prebid conference will be held at 103 Airport Drive, Cedar Conference Room, Room #201, Chapel Hill, North Carolina at 1 PM on March 13, 2013 followed by an open meeting for preferred brand alternates. Preferred brand alternates include WunPeece conduit spacers by Underground Devices Inc. The following contractors are pre-qualified to bid on this project: Brooks-Berry-Haynie & Associates, Inc., Carolina Conduit Systems, Inc., Mid-Atlantic Infrastructure Systems, Inc., and Pipeline Utilities Inc. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
