available in the plan rooms of Construction Market Data-

Raleigh, NC; Institute of Minority Economic Development
Center in Durham, NC; East Coast Digital Plan Room in
Greenville, NC; and I-Square Foot Digital Plan Room.
An open meeting for preferred bid alternates will be held on
Oct 8 at 2 pm in ECU's Facilities Engineering and
