The program will be offered in a hybrid format, with approximately 25-30% of the program offered on site at the community college and the remainder of the program delivered online.

3. Describe need for the program (referencing results of surveys or special studies).

The program director has been in contact with school personnel in Sampson county for several months regarding offering the M.A. Ed in Elementary Education program.
