1. Briefly describe the proposed program and intended audience.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a Concentration in Management is currently offered online.  This proposal is to add a concentration in Finance (requiring only four additional online courses) to the existing online BSBA program

The Finance Track offers proficiencies and research capabilities needed for careers in the banking and insurance sectors and in securities markets, as well as careers as financial managers, financial analysts, and personal financial advisors

2. Describe the proposed instructional delivery systems (e.g., on-site instruction by faculty, interactive video, Internet, etc.).

Primarily, the program will be offered online via internet with additional support through interactive video and hybrid/onsite if necessary.

3. Describe need for the program (referencing results of surveys or special studies).

Based on formal and informal surveys conducted by our partner community colleges, there is a strong indication that many students in UNCP's service area will be interested in pursuing this program/concentration online.  Additionally, we have ascertained via our Fort Bragg site that many members of the military and their families will benefit from the online availability of the BSBA (Finance).

4. Projected total annual enrollment:
