New Degree Programs
Academic Planning coordinates notifications of intent to plan new degree programs and makes recommendations to the Committee on Educational Planning, Policies, and Programs on requests to establish these programs. It also coordinates requests to discontinue a degree program.
Disciplinary Panels are set up as needed to review:
- Proposals to establish new baccalaureate and master's degree programs and
- Proposals to plan doctoral and first-professional degree programs.
The Graduate Council reviews proposals to establish doctoral and first-professional degree programs.
