Report and Recommendations

Committee on Non-Tenure Track Faculty

March 6, 2002

On March 6, 2002, the UNC Board of Governors approved the recommendation of the Personnel and Tenure Committee that the staff of the Office of the President be charged to work with the campuses to implement the recommendations of the Report and Recommendations of the Committee of Non-Tenure Track Faculty.

A working group of representatives from each UNC institution, chaired by Dr. Betsy E Brown, is addressing implementation of the recommendations on non-tenure track faculty. Campus progress reports are expected in June 2003.
